How it works
Three steps, then it runs by itself.
1. Turn on voicemail
You do this in the app. Voicemail runs through the call forwarding you also use for incoming calls, so you keep your own number.
2. The caller leaves a message
If you do not pick up, the caller hears your greeting and a beep. A message can be up to 2 minutes long.
3. You read the message
You get a notification and read the text in the app or on the web. Want to hear the voice? Play the message back.

By default Ajora makes a greeting with your name that asks the caller to leave a message after the beep.

Prefer your own voice? Record a greeting yourself in the app.

Pick the language of your greeting, also with a Dutch number.
A voicemail to text app turns the messages people leave you into text you can read. Ajora answers calls you miss and writes out each message, so you do not have to dial in and listen.
Turn on voicemail in the Ajora app and set up call forwarding. After that you read every message as text in the app and in the web dashboard.
No, with a voicemail you get the full text of the message. Ajora makes a summary with action items for your phone calls and in-person conversations.
A caller can leave a message of up to 2 minutes.

Voicemail is off by default. A message is written out by one of our transcription services and stored encrypted. The recording follows the same retention period as call audio. More is in our privacy statement.
