Am I actually allowed to record this?

In the Netherlands you may record a call you take part in yourself. It is up to you as the user to let the other person know that you are having the call transcribed. Stricter rules can apply to calls outside the Netherlands. Complying with privacy law is your own responsibility.

Yes. In the app, pick In-person recording under Capture and press start. You get the same debrief as you would from a phone call.

No. Your transcripts are encrypted with a key that belongs to your account alone. We cannot read them.

Your key is destroyed first, which makes your transcripts inaccessible straight away. We then erase your data from our systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

Yes. Outgoing calls go through the Ajora app, incoming calls run through your call forwarding to your Ajora number. So you need the Ajora app for that too. In both cases you do nothing during the call.
