Phone calls
You call through the Ajora app as usual, and incoming calls arrive through your call forwarding. That is the difference with most note takers, which only sit in video meetings.
Online meetings
Paste the link of your Teams, Google Meet or Zoom meeting in the dashboard. Ajora joins as a participant and introduces itself, so everyone can see a note taker is there.
In-person conversations
Sitting down with someone or in a meeting room? Tap Record in the app (on Android: Capture), put your phone down and you get the same notes.

An AI note taker captures a conversation, turns it into text and writes up the key points and action items. You no longer take notes yourself and can keep your attention on the conversation.
Most AI note takers are built for video meetings and do not capture a call on your mobile number by themselves. Ajora started with the phone: your calls are captured automatically, incoming and outgoing, on iPhone and Android.
Paste the link of your meeting in the dashboard. Ajora works with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom and joins as a participant. Afterwards the notes sit with your other conversations.
Everything comes out of the same pool. An hour of calls costs €2, an hour online or in person €0.50. So 10 hours of calls also covers 40 hours of meetings. All prices are on the pricing page.
Yes. In an online meeting the note taker is visible as a participant, and on calls and in person the other person does not notice anything by themselves. Tell everyone at the start that you are having the conversation captured, and ask if that is okay.
If you use an AI note taker for work, you process personal data and the GDPR applies. Your transcripts and summaries are stored encrypted in Germany, your conversations never train an AI model, and there is a data processing agreement. More under security.
